Shipping Terms & Policy
- We ship FREE to almost all countries in the world with no hidden costs.
- Tracking is provided for all orders.
- We ship from Sri Lanka via a Postal Agency.
- Handling time period: Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days.
- Free standard priority shipping is provided for single orders above $40 in value.
- Cancellations are possible only within 12 hours of purchase, once we submit your order to our postal agent, we cannot cancel the order.
- Transit Time for Economy Shipping: Approx. 15-45 days. (May vary depending on the transit situation & destination country; may take up to 60 days on rare occasions, i.e. 60 days is the deadline from the date the item has been shipped)
- Economy Shipping Does NOT include tracking after a package has been handed to the destination country/region's carrier
- Transit Time for Standard Shipping: Approx. 10-20 days. (May take up to 25 days on rare occasions)
- Please note that the buyer is responsible for custom confiscations, custom duties or any import taxes as we do not charge any tax on orders.
- Virtually all orders are exempt from taxes and duties due to it's lower value.
Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are Always Accepted if the vinyl is damaged or if you're not satisfied with the order.
- Returns/Refunds are not applicable if you do not install the skin properly or damage it upon applying it.
- If the skin has a manufacturer defect or is damaged upon transit, please contact us immediately within 10 days from the delivered date for an reshipment/refund as required. Photos/Video evidence is necessary for such claims.
- If you are dissatisfied with the product or our service, we will still accept returns. In such cases you should contact us within 10 days from the delivered date. The skins must be sent back in its original state as it was arrived. Please note in such cases, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the initial shipping cost will not be refunded, ($2 for economy postage will be deducted from the value per skin)
- If you haven't received the package within the stated time period, please contact us immediately and we will help you to find the whereabouts of the package.
